AGN got its start thanks to a serendipitous visit from my daughter, Paige (Neugarten) Dansker. She came to visit my husband and me in Phoenix and, while she was here, would drop in on design firms and purchasing agents. On one of those trips, she had a broken ankle and needed someone to deliver catalogs—so I volunteered. That little favor turned into something so much more.

After that, Paige suggested I take over Arizona sales, and I started tagging along on her calls. I instantly fell in love with meeting new people and hearing all about the amazing projects they were working on.

In 2017, Paige invited me to share a room with her at HD and introduced me to a few other manufacturers while I was helping at the Mirror Image booth. That weekend opened the door to Bryan Ashley, and from there, I began adding more lines as I grew more confident in this exciting new world.

Today, I proudly represent 9 incredible manufacturers—many of them family-run businesses with over 30 years of experience in hospitality. I’m honored to call them part of my Collective.
